
Meet Audra rod smith
Audra Rod Smith is an attorney based in Wharton County, Texas. Audra was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2014 and began her work as an attorney. Her practice focuses on a wide variety of agricultural issues, especially those involving cattle and real estate.
Audra is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Farm and Ranch Real Estate Law, one of only 60 attorneys in Texas with that certification. She also assists clients with estate planning, probate, and business planning needs. Outside of her practice, Audra owns and manages a title company, Arrow Land & Title, LLC. She also serves on the council for the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law section of the State Bar of Texas, the State Bar's largest section. Audra spends significant time speaking and presenting on real estate and agricultural topics to her colleagues at continuing education events and to agricultural communities around Texas.
She is a graduate of El Campo High School. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Science from Texas A&M University in 2009, and received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 2014. Audra is a member of the Wharton County Bar Association, the Texas Bar College. She is also a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and the Texas Bar Foundation.
Audra lives in Wharton County, with her husband Kyle and their son where she spends her time watching her son's extracurricular activities, leading his Cub Scout pack, and helping with her family’s cattle operation.
